Private room in basement apartment. Separate entrance from upstairs apartments. Full kitchen, shared bathroom but rooms are on opposite sides of apartment separated by living room and kitchen! There’s a big window in room so perfect for plants :) The rent includes all utilities and internet and a parking spot.

I’m a 24 year old full time worker. I’m very quiet and quite shy, I like my own time and space but would gladly plan hangouts if asked. I have no pets, no children and I do not smoke but you are welcome to smoke outside the house. I work every day mainly in the early mornings or late evenings and also go to the gym frequently so I’m out of the house quite often.
