AREA This is a gated community of townhouses located a few minutes walk from the River District (see: https://riverdistrictliving.ca/). Amenities are a few minutes walk to a Save On Foods grocery store, several banks, restaurants and a beautiful walkway along the Fraser river. If you like community activities such as yoga, tennis or zumba, etc. Champlain Heights Community Centre (https://champlainheightscc.ca/) has it all only a few minutes walk away. There is also a large park nearby with views of Vancouver Island on a clear day. Transportation is easy in the area too. There is plenty of street parking if you have a car or if you take public transit, there are direct buses to Metrotown and the Marine Drive Sky Train station.

TOWNHOUSE The townhouse is well maintained and comfortable with lots of light and high ceilings. Start your day with a nicely brewed coffee on the private balcony or brush up on your piano skills. This townhouse is a relaxing and quiet place to be. The gated community, within which, this townhouse is located also makes for a friendly place to call home with its nice neighbours.

BEDROOMS This ad is for the 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor that shares the bathroom. This is a good sized bedroom with a double closet and wide windows. The room could come furnished for the right tenant, but at the moment you have space to decorate it as you wish.

Also, available on the 2nd floor for a slightly higher price ($1250) is a larger, master bedroom with an ensuite, private bathroom and 2 double closets. 1 bedroom is still available for 1 person and I will be in the 3rd remaining bedroom.

To assure a comfortable experience there is a in-suite washer and dryer and a kitchen with a good sized fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave. If you like gardening, feel free to add some plants, herbs or flowers on the front patio.
