About the room
The apartment is bright, spacious, and very comfortable to live in. The room is furnished and gets great natural light. There is a private closet available in the hallway and plenty of storage available in the apartment.
The unit itself is quite large with a large living room, a full kitchen, a sunroom, and an outdoor deck, making it feel much bigger than most apartments. It’s a calm, clean, and well-maintained home.
The neighbourhood is vibrant and walkable, with great food, cafés, parks, and easy transit access. It’s a great home base for someone working in the city or new to the area.
About the roomies
I’m a friendly, easy-going business professional who works in consulting and business development. I sometimes work from home but often work from offices or travel for conferences.
I like keeping a clean, comfortable, low-stress home. I’m social and happy to chat, but I also respect personal space and quiet time.
I’m looking for short-term roommates. My place is ideal for anyone new to Toronto who needs a temporary stay while they figure out where they would like to stay more permanently. I am open to longer-term arrangements for the right person.
