We are a married couple , husband works 5 days a week and I do at home studies or am gone to the college , we have 2 dogs so must be ok with dogs , we are pretty quiet and keep to ourselves. No partying or drinking or drugs allowed . All bills are included, fast speed internet etc , must buy own groceries, you have access to everything shared kitchen and shared bathroom, shared living room, you have your own private room . We are usually gone or in our room so you will have most of the place to yourself
