Shared Laundry machines * you will provide your own laundry soap and fabric softener. This is not for any friends or family. Small Coffeemaker, Toaster, and Microwave, Mini fridge will be purchased by owner once rented. Shared Kitchen is on main floor* You are responsible for your own food. Shared fridge. Have freezer in laundry room to also share. Shared shower is on main floor. You will have ½ bath.

Utilities are Power* Will review power in Summer/ A/C. May need to apply a Summer monthly fee, Energy, Water and Internet* Sasktel Infinet and Max Stream box/TV but no purchasing of added services on my account. I will not share Prime, Nextflix, YouTube etc.

You are responsible for your own Bath Tissue, Facial Tissue, Paper Towel, Food, and Condiments etc. I will share spices etc but once we determine any “glitches” we would address

55 year old home owner. Work Sales job from home. Quiet Homebody. 2 grown children. 1 granddaughter. Male friend with key who will be able to enter main floor. Children do visit but that’s planned as they live in other cities. I have: 6 year old female Shiba Inu Husky cross dog who is good natured and attached to me. A 16 year old black short hair cat Chronic Kidney disease so just keeping her comfy for end of life.

I am open to my tenant having a pet once my cat “crosses the rainbow bridge”. Again, trying to keep her last days stress free as possible. Her and my dog do not get along but they do co-exist with supervision.
