Room available in central Barrhaven near public transit, Walmart and all shopping amenities. Home is shared and includes your own bedroom, bathroom, and own basement with gas fireplace, and fenced backyard. The kitchen is shared. The 3rd bedroom is taken by my teenage daughter who lives there every other week. There is a dog present who is well behaved and does not bark so no pets allowed. Plenty of storage available. First and last month required. Bills are extra and are roughly $150-$220 each per month. References required. Looking for a non smoker who is quiet and respectful. Looking for a single person who will not be having their boyfriend/girlfriend pretty much living there. I am a young working professional working full time. I walk my dog and garden.
