This apartment also is one of two apartments in this building that has a private balcony, as well as a big public balcony to host parties and friends on this floor. There is also storage available in the Sous-sol floor. Private parking could be arranged by talking to the apartment management.

Unfortunately, I have to leave Canada and go back to my home country and need to find someone to take over my lease. I’ve enjoyed my time in this apartment and the location is absolutely the best part about it, and the overall cozy vibes of the place, and having a balcony is the best. The lease ends July 2026, however you have the ability to renew if you choose to.

There is one roommate. He’s in his late 20’s, and currently finishing up his masters at the University of McGill. The roommate is really kind, outgoing, and active, but also a hardworker and often stays in his room for his studies.
