The room is in a house close to all amenities. It is less that a block away from highway 20, and is within easy walking distance to the bus or train. It is also near the Pointe Claire Plaza. The room measureses10X12 not including the closet. It is furnished, and features a queen size bed, dresser, closet, desk and end table. The renter can take advantage of the kitchen, washing machine and common room, as well as park in the the driveway.

I am a 63 year old male who works evenings, full time- from 3 till 11:30. Our other housemate is a woman who often works overseas. She is away for an extended period of time.
