About Owen (45/m) I’ve lived in the neighborhood for about 14 years (this house for 11) and volunteer close by. I’m a big fan of cats and plants, will have to figure something out for protecting them from each other going forward :). I love going out dancing (semi-retired raver), music, movies and sometimes play games. I try to keep busy, active and am a summer person, despite wearing lots of black. I am politically left wing, trying to do more support behind the scenes these days.

About Tia Hi! I’m Tia (29/f), Indigenous, an artist, and I play the ukulele. I’ve been told I’m kind, compassionate, and patient (though sometimes a little forgetful — I do my best). I’m an introvert who loves music, the outdoors, and plenty of nerdy hobbies.

Thin floors, so the house can be a bit noisy in the morning and afternoon, but after 11pm is very quiet. No parties, but a few friends are ok sometimes (as long as everyone is respectful and a heads-up is appreciated). I like a mix of being social and alone time and try to get out of the house every day. Tia tends to spend more time in her room when she’s not out socializing. We’re looking for someone tidy (who cleans up after themselves) and is willing to contribute to a general household cleaning schedule to keep things fair. If our tastes and schedules align, we’d love to share the occasional meal — though most meals will likely be independent.
