About the room
Hi! We’re looking for a new roommate to join our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Nepean, ON. One bedroom is available for $830 per month, with Wi-Fi included. Utilities are separate.
The house has a large kitchen, in-unit laundry, and comfortable shared spaces. We keep a clean home and enjoy spending time in the common areas, including movie nights, while still valuing personal space. There are no pets in the home.
Snow removal is handled by the landlord in the winter, and lawn care is taken care of in the summer. We are on a month-to-month lease.

About the roomies
Hi I’m Maria, I’m a Computer Science student at Queen’s University completing my co-op term in Ottawa. I love to knit and craft! The other roommate, Paige, is finishing her undergraduate degree in Forensic Psychology at Carleton University and currently waiting to hear back from graduate programs at uOttawa. She enjoy reading and yoga.
