There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully fenced backyard and a 1 car garage that no one uses at the moment. I don’t care if you put holes in the wall for hanging decor or shelving. There is street parking, a park nearby. Lewvan drive is right nearby but I don’t hear it. Included in the rent is all utilities and SaskTel internet. There are schools nearby, grocery stores, gas station, pharmacy, among other things. There is a laundry/storage room in the basement. There’s a kitchen, living room, and back door area upstairs (in addition to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom).

I am 20yrs old and female, I live in the room next to the one for rent. My brother is 18yrs old and lives in my basement (he has his own bathroom down there). We are both students at the University of Regina. We’re not super social. We have a cat named Rufus, he’s pretty chill and likes to sleep most of the time.
