Has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, laundry, a 400 sq.ft private deck (mostly yours for the using), attached garage and living areas on each floor.

The entire house rents for $2800/mth. I primarily hang out on the main floor living space, and you would primarily hang out in the upper floor living space, along the deck.

• Generally quiet and clean.
• I produce a YouTube show, full-time, during the day (I work from home).
• Social drinker and smoker.

What I am looking for:

• Someone with a similar preference for quiet, and cleanliness.
• Keeps to the themself with a job that isn’t work from home (unless you are a content creator, too)
• Student with occasional day-time classes would be OK, as there are 2 universities within a 10 minute drive.
• Must be able to pay the rent on time, and drama-free.
