You must be clean and quiet. 2 minutes walk from Guy-Concordia metro station downtown Montreal. Your part of the rent is $1000 a month plus hydro and internet around $100. About the roomies
I’m a Floral Designer. I’m friendly, very clean, quiet and easy to get along. I keep to myself but can also chat, hang out. I like occasionally to go out dancing. Also love to bike during summer. This is my condo so i take care of it and want someone who can as well. I’m very respectfull and responsable.
