$800 Bedroom in The Beaches

My bedroom is available for three months, May through July, while I’m in Europe. The room is furnished with a bed, drawers. etc. The room is on the ground floor of our townhouse unit.

The location is very nice- you can see the lake from the living room and it’s two minutes from the beach. Also 2 minutes from Queen St. and the 501 Queen Streetcar. Grocery store is a 5 minute walk. The bedroom is on the ground floor.

There’s 2 bathrooms in the house and one shower. We have a laundry machine and dryer in the basement. All the bills (water, heat, internet) are included. We’re not looking for any pets at the moment.

We’re looking for a good fit, someone who is working, respectful, and tidy. We’re all working and so we like to keep the house quiet during the late evenings and night as some of us need to wake up early.

The room is available on May 1. We’re asking for the first and last month’s rent up front front, then paying for June on June 1st. Let us know if you’re interested in chatting and/or seeing the place.

We’re a household of 3 people in our 20s, 30s, 40s- two men and one woman. It’s very rare that everyone is there at the same time, as we either work, travel, or are staying with partners. We’re looking for someone who will fit into the house well. It’s not a party house and we like to keep the space tidy and quiet in the evenings.
