In country. Off road. Private entrance. Quite location. Close to 35 and 115. Parking in front of room. Coin operated washer and dryer on same floor. Water well, heat furnished.
About the roomies
Owners live in same house 2 floors up. A couple lives above the room but both work all day only home at night. We are all respectfull of trying to be quite at night. Keeping tv or other things at low volume. You pay metered hydro.
