Our house is very near to the shops on West Broadway. Its 5 minutes walk to the nearest grocery store (IGA and Loblaws CityMarket) and 5 minutes walk to get the 99 bus.

You will be sharing with Mark (25) and Annabel (30). Mark is a carpenter and works Monday - Thursday on the island, so the house is pretty quiet! Annabel works as a research fellow at UBC and works from home 2/3 days a week. We are both very friendly and happy to chat and watch stuff together, but also very respectful of everyone’s personal space.
