It is very accessible to the 505 streetcars and 10 minutes away from the Eaton Centre. Right beside Starbucks and opposite Tim Hortons. The building has its lobby on the 5th floor too and the room is pretty big enough for 1 person. It is a 2 bed 1 bath apartment. The building has a really big pool and gym on the 20th floor and a study area on the M floor; all easily accessible with the fob.

I and my roommate are both international students from Nigeria studying in school and also working part time. We have really good rapport and communication is top tier. She is really nice and very easy to live with, I’m only moving out because i got a job in a different location and the commute has become really difficult. My expected move out day is the 1st of April, so i am looking for someone to take over my lease of 1250$ per month paid the second of every month, utilities not included.
