Located at Queen St West near Spadina. The room is single occupancy only. No large pets please, small animals confined to a bedroom are fine. Rent is $1,050 plus $100 for shared utilities (electricity, gas, internet etc).

About the roomies
The 3 current tenants are late 30s men, we have all lived together for over 6 years and get along. Everyone is clean and respectful, we occasionally share a beer or a meal together as well. The tenant leaving is a female, reference is available from her.
