Available is 2 bedrooms on ground floor area which includes the fully equipped kitchen (shared), living room, bathroom, front and backyard porch and access to backyard from back bedroom and kitchen, and tool shed (shared) for storage. Bedrooms have plenty of closet storage areas as well as a storage cubby by the stairs.

Renting for May 1st, 2026. First and last month rent is required. Rent includes all utilities. Rent is $825 per person or $1650 for both bedrooms. Parking spot, if desired, is $40.00 per month. Internet not included.

We are very responsive landlords and live 20 minutes away, should you require help with anything. The 20+ gentleman mentioned above has rented the basement apartment for 6 years and is welcome to new roomates. He is quiet and works as a service provider in the hospitality sector.
