Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom plus den condo that backs onto Long lake in New building. Lots of walking paths going down to the lake, I go for a dip after work in the summers in the lake. It is across the street from Rutherford Mall, Fit for Less Gym and the movie theatre.

You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. In suite laundry. Utilities included.

I am a 47 year old professional. I work remotely but also am on the road a lot for 2 companies. I will be sharing my time between Victoria and Nanaimo. I am extremely anal about cleanliness, I like my space to always be clean and would want someone to clean up after themselves and share in common household chores. The condo is fully furnished and I value it all and want someone who will respect it in my absence. (your bedroom s unfurnished). I am open to discussing a dog as I love them, just don’t have time for them. It is pet friendly condo. No cats.

I am obsessed with a good smelling place, so I have candles, warmers or diffusers going at all times I am home. Will not be a good fit a for a scent sensitive person.

I am 420 friendly, obviously no smoking on the property but I am super chill. I don’t entertain company often, as I am gone a lot. Please reach out if you have anymore questions.
