Room for Rent in Langford Lake Home Available after March 1st

I’m renting out a bedroom in my 3-bedroom half duplex located just steps from Langford Lake. The beach is right there — perfect for morning walks, paddle boarding, or bringing a blanket down with a glass of wine in the evening.

The home has a large backyard and garden space (if you have a green thumb, it’s all yours!).

I’m hoping to find a female roommate (25–35 ish), working professional or student, who’s clean, respectful, and ideally open to building a friendship. I’ve always had great relationships with my roommates and enjoy things like the occasional shared dinner, glass of wine, having a show we watch together, or going for a paddle board/swim etc.

I’m very clean and organized, and I have a cleaner come bi-weekly. To keep things simple and avoid cleaning-related tension, $100 of the rent goes toward splitting the cleaning service.

You’ll be sharing with me (28, homeowner) and my very friendly bernedoodle, Gus. I work 2–3 days a week from home and spend my free time studying, walking around the lake, or going out with friends (I love a good happy hour). I don’t host at the house often and would expect the same from a roommate.
