I have a semi-detached backsplit; looking for someone to rent out the main floor bedroom. Must be quiet, professional, respectful, and courteous.

Shared kitchen. There is a basement washroom but the shower is upstairs.

There is a gym on the basement that can be used.

Shared laundry in basement.

Bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed, TY, fridge and microwave.

I am the only other person living in the home. My kids come here on the weekends to stay with me. I have 1 small dog and 1 cat. My work schedule is flexible, which means I’m in and out throughout the day.
