Apartment is fully furnished but we could try and accommodate some of your own things. I work full time and workout 6x a week which means I am up early and also go to bed early. I invite friends over a maximum of 4x a year. My friends are respectful, clean and considerate. I don’t have a boyfriend so no one is ever sleeping over. I like to keep a very tidy place, I don’t leave dishes overnight, I sweep the apartment and clean all common areas on a weekly basis. I don’t have any pets and I don’t smoke.
