We are in a 2 story laneway house in the Joyce Collingwood area, 10 min walk to train stn and 4 min walk to busses, all grocery, produce and all other necessities are 5 walk 20 min bus or 4 min train to walmart/ metrotown
Short term renter okay, preferably long term
It’s a 3 bedroom house, 1 individual downstairs, you rarely see or hear from him, works an AM job and mostly out with friends or playing videogames quietly in his room Your neighbor upstairs (me) is mostly quiet and enjoy cooking and my own company We are clean, organized and professionals, quiet most of the time, and looking for the same in our future renter, preferably working individuals, we have no pets
House: fully equipped kitchen: rice cooker, microwave oven, stove top, electric air fry oven, air fryer, waffle maker, water kettle, etc.. In house washer and dryer
