Room Takeover – uOttawa | 45 Mann Ave | April–August 2026 I am looking for a full-time student (any gender) to take over my private bedroom with a non-shared, in-suite bathroom in a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom unit at 45 Mann Ave. 📅 Availability: April 1 – August 31, 2026 (Includes the final month of the Winter term and the full Summer 2026 term) There is also a possibility to renew the lease for the next academic year (August 31, 2026 – August 31, 2027), as you would become the legal tenant of the unit.
