It’s a decent sized room with a fairly large closet. Apartment is cozy and well-kept, unbeatable location near Port Credit! Easy highway access to QEW/427.

I’m very friendly, but I definitely keep to myself. I’m gone all day during the week, and a couple weekends during the month. I’m neat and tidy, looking for someone with the same consideration for shared spaces. The basement unit is completely separate from the upper unit. Shared kitchen and bathroom, in-unit laundry as well.

Living space is furnished.

There’s tandem parking, so we’d need to coordinate some days if you have a car.

Hydro is extra - about $100/month, but can vary.

Minimum stay 6 months please!

10 minute walk to Dixie Mall, No Frills, Winners, Longos, Starbucks, LCBO, Shoppers Drug Mart. 5 to 10 minute drive to LA Fitness, Freshco, etc.

We share the backyard with the upstairs neighbors.
