You’re within walking distance of St. Lawrence market, No Frills, 24 hour Rabba fine foods, LCBO, Dollarama, Starbucks, nail salon,and multiple banks and streetcar with so much more! You’re a 17 min walk to Union station and 20 min walk Toronto Eaton centre.

Building has full amenities including 24 hour concierge, fully equipped gym, wet and dry saunas, theatre room, party room, and an outdoor pool and large patio with BBQ and patio has CN tower view.

Rent is $1500 per month with all bills included. Indoor parking on the 6th floor available for additional $200 (optional). First and last month deposit is required along with a refundable $200 key deposit. This unit is pet free and we are looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces. Room is available ASAP so great for any last minute finds ☺️

The home is pork-free in shared spaces. You’re free to cook and have your own food but we ask that pork isn’t shared and anything used is cleaned after to keep things respectful - she will do the same🩷

You’ll be living with my older cousin (26), who is honestly super easy to get along with. She works from home and does all her work from her bedroom (9-5) and occasionally in office so she really values a calm and respectful environment during work hours.

She’s very friendly, clean, and accommodating with house rules. Outside of work, she loves trying new foods, going for walks, and occasionally going out to bars or lounges, and she LOVES to chat, so she’s a nice balance of social but also appreciates her quiet time at home.

I’m the current tenant and only moving out because I just bought a place (bittersweet 🥲), so I can genuinely say it’s a great place to live. You’ll have the chance to meet her during the showing to make sure it’s a good fit for both of you!

I’ll be managing the listing and messages since she’s usually busy working, but she’ll be involved in choosing the right roommate.
