About the room
Looking for a roommate for my 2 bed 2 bath room. Bath is separate and not shared. Kitchen is shared. Rent includes utilities except for electric bill and internet (~ $60 per month for both). The room has a great view of downtown mississauga, you can see Celebration Square from the balcony! The room for rent includes its own separate balcony. The living room is furnished with a TV and a couch, which is shared.
About the roomies
I am a 28 year old male, an electrical engineering graduate. My work office is walking distance from the condo, so I do not own a car (room comes with a vacant parking spot). I own an 8 month old kitten who is very friendly and playful. He does not scratch or bite, and loves people.
