One private bedroom, fully furnished in the upstairs, of a family, friendly home. The room faces the front of the house, and offers natural light. The house is located a quiet, mature, tree lined street and is within walking distance to a bus stop for university and college students! The kitchen is shared with the homeowners and one tenant that resides downstairs, and you have use of your own full sized fridge/freezer ( please see photo). We have a dishwasher, so you will not have to wash dishes! Shared use of the living room, dining room and backyard ( bbq, deck and outdoor fireplace). The upstairs bathroom is shared with the homeowners and their adult daughter. There is also a two piece bathroom, located on the main floor. Laundry on site. Guests are welcome, with some notice please. Looking for an individual that is friendly, respectful, and clean. Looking for someone that loves animals. We have three dogs and two cats.
The homeowners are mature working adults in their 50s. My husband works in manufacturing and I work in home care as a PSW. Our adult daughter lives upstairs and she works as an ECE assistant. She enjoys reading, drawing and listening to music. My husband and I enjoy watching a good movie, hockey, gardening, fishing, camping. I like to read and bake. One other tenant living downstairs.
