Room with own bathroom and parking in 2 bed 2 bath condo!

My roommate is moving out May 1st and I am looking for someone to take her room.

The room itself is unfurnished. The rest of the apartment has some furniture, though she will be taking the sofa and coffee table so if you have those, they are welcome!

There is a spot just outside the bedroom that can be used for a home office space or extra wardrobe if you wish. It’s the photo with the dresser and table (they won’t be there)

The room also includes the parking spot assigned to the apartment. There is a storage locker, in unit laundry, and your own bathroom. The building has a nice gym, outdoor pool, sauna, BBQ terrace, and 24 hour concierge.

Utilities and internet are extra. Our utility bill is usually around $50 each.

The balcony faces west and is a great spot to have a beverage an watch the sunset. I’ll have one with you!

Me: I work in marketing for a brewery. I work from home maybe twice or 3 times per month. I love traveling, food, and trying new beers or wines. I usually have very early quiet weekday evenings. Usually quiet weekends also unless I’m working an event for work.

I’m allergic to synthetic fragrances, so if you’re OK using a mildly scented or unscented detergent, that would be so appreciated! Otherwise I puff up like a balloon.

I’m very clean and keep things tidy, so if you are also clean we will get along perfectly.
