Basement is clean, quiet and is close to a bus stop served by routes 88 and 68.

Basement has only one separate entrance in Unit B. Landlord lives upstairs in Unit A.

Parking available in garage or driveway for $50.

Length of Stay: 1 to 4 months.

There are 2 male roommates currently living in the basement and they both often stay in their rooms. They work remotely.
