A furnished room will be available to rent on July 1st. The minimum length of stay is 6 months. The maximum length of stay is 12 months. The monthly price is $950 and it covers all utilities, including hydro, laundry, and WiFi. For the month of July, the price is $500 due to a discount. It’s a private room in a basement. Room is open to any gender. The house is close to a bus stop. No parking available, except on streets. At the moment, there are 2 male roommates. They are all students in the age group of 18 to 30. Room next door is empty, so the bathroom isn’t shared at the moment, but it might be shared later with 1 person only. The location is 2487 Baseline Road, Ottawa, ON K2C 0E3.
