About the room
I’m subletting a furnished room that’s available to rent anytime in April or May 1st for 1 person to end of July. The stay can be extended further to end of August or any other month up to April 2027 based on discussion with owner.
The monthly price from May 1st is $750 and it covers all utilities, including hydro, laundry, and WiFi. The price for April will be negotiated.
It’s a private room in a basement. Room is open to any gender. The house is close to a bus stop.
There’s parking available on 2 residential streets behind the house. Those streets are a 3 minute walk from the house.
At the moment, there are 2 male roommates. They are all in the age group of 18 to 30. They are students and they work.
Room next door is empty, so the bathroom isn’t shared at the moment, but it might be shared later with 1 person only.
The location is 2487 Baseline Road, Ottawa, ON K2C 0E3.
Month to month rent for a stay up to July. Last month’s rent required for a stay for more than 3 months.
