We’re renting out our spare room starting now! In a really good downtown location, it’s about a 5 minute walk to Saint-Laurent metro, close to McGill, grocery stores ect. Perfect for a student!!

Included amenities: All utilities, High speed fibre Wi-Fi, Shared kitchen (shelf space) + shared bathroom, Washer/dryer in the building, your own room and a good sized closet space.

Month to month, open to up to a year.

We have three cats! They love people🐈

We’re looking for one person, ideally working or a full-time student. Just someone responsible, clean up your own messes, and respectful of shared space. English speaking household. No pets and no smoking inside.

Occasional guests are fine, we just don’t want frequent overnight stays or long-term visitors.
