The location is just 1 block away from Fish Creek Park and just a 2 minute drive to the large shopping center on 130th ave SE. Very close access to deerfoot trail. There are a couple different bus stops right outside.
I am searching for a quiet, clean, and respectful roommate. Female preferred but will consider anyone as long as you have the aforementioned qualities. I like my house to be a quiet place where I can relax at the end of the day and looking for a roommate with the same lifestyle.
