Hi there! I am subletting my room in midtown up to May 30, 2026 (start date can be flexible). I am open to 1 or 2 month sublets and there is the option to renew the lease with the landlord at the end of the sublet. The unit is managed by the building and the landlord is very kind and responsive.

I honestly really love this building and apartment, but will be moving in with my partner and there is overlap in dates for when I would be moving out.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with a clean, large furnished living space and ensuite laundry. The bedroom is large with massive closet space covered by 3 mirrored sliding doors. The room can be furnished with a bedframe and mattress or unfurnished, depending on your preference.

The building is new, built in 2024, in-building free-to-use to gym, free bookable party room and 24/7 concierge. The building is in a very walkable and transit friendly area; walkable to both Lawrence and Eglinton station, less than 2 minutes to the ravine with lots of paths to escape the city while staying in the city, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, gyms and more! There is a bus stop about 1 minute walk North or South on Yonge Street (the route changed and the stop used to be right outside the building).

Roommate is professional female who works from home. She does have a cat, who is very friendly and you honestly would never notice her.
