We are looking for a new roommate for our home in the Shaughnessy neighborhood. This is a quiet and large house with a lot of character.

About the home:

• Very large home: 3947 Sqft House

• 2 Living rooms: one is a flex space while the other we use as the main living room with couches and a TV

• Giant kitchen and counter space, with 2 fridges

• A super large patio for the summer

• A large basement with lots of space which can store bikes and other stuff as required

• Plenty of parking space if you own a vehicle

• Close to frequent bus routes to get Downtown or UBC in ~25 minutes

• Near the Arbutus Greenway

About the room:

• Very large room with space for any size bed (bed in photos is queen sized), a large desk, a couch, and anything else you may want

• A very large closet that can easily store all your clothes and other items

• A built-in bookshelf

• North facing which means the bedroom stays cool in the summers

• Bed frame and shelf in the photos can optionally be included for free

Other Details:

• Bathroom is shared with 1 other individual

• You will have 5 roommates, and before signing a lease you will get the chance to meet them to see if you are a good fit for the home

• Property Manager expects a 1-year long lease, which then transitions to a month-to-month

We are looking for someone who doesn’t mind living in a house with roommates. We are all very friendly towards each other and respect each other’s boundaries. We are also very communicative and make sure the house remains a safe space that feels like home.
