About the room

Seeking a female student summer sublet for the fully furnished master bedroom. $650/month all inclusive. The bedroom will be available for three and a half months only - May 1 - August 15, 2026. No pets, smoking, partying or overnight guests allowed. It’s a private room for one person, not for couples. Only for students or recent graduates. Reference check will be conducted. First and last months upfront.
