Seeking a female student summer sublet for the fully furnished master bedroom. $650/month all inclusive. The bedroom will be available for three months only - May 1 - July 31, 2026. No pets, smoking, partying or overnight guests allowed. It’s a private room for one person, not for couples. Only for students or recent graduates. Reference check will be conducted. First and last months upfront.

Two roommates are female students, studying BSc in Engineering and MSc in Biotech. They keep the house clean and quiet. They prefer someone respectful and responsible to share the house with. They are sociable and really nice.
