Looking for a female roommate to replace me starting July 1st

-Someone in their mid-20s/early 30’s preferably working! -No pets! -No smokers!

Hi,

I am giving up my room in a two-bedroom apartment for July 1st!! The room is large and very bright. The apartment is on the 11th floor, and has large bright windows and a terrace with a beautiful view of the mountain!

The apartment is also between Atwater and Guy-Concordia metro (a 4-minute walk from each one) and a 10-minute walk from Concordia University. There are grocery stores and public transportation within walking distance! The building also has a gym and a laundry room downstairs.

The apartment will be semi-furnished once I leave. I will be selling all my furniture from both the common room and my room except from my desk and chair. The rest of the shared furniture to buy for the common room will be discussed with my roommate

You will be taking the room 1st of July but the lease ends September 31st and will be renewed then for a year. The current rent for the entire apartment is $2137/month so you will be paying $1218 from July 1st -September 31st for the room as it is significantly bigger than the room my roommate occupies (they’re yet to tell us how much the lease will be starting October). Home Internet is an average 34.49$/month and renters insurance is 13.3$/month per person.

The roommate you will be staying with is a 27-year-old Mexican, female, full-time worker. She works in sales. She studied art and loves to paint and draw! She’s easygoing, friendly, loves plants and cares about maintaining a harmonious and clean living space. She also loves roommate dinners/movie nights, loves to have deep philosophical talks, and is always open to other roommate activity suggestions! She likes to gym as well and play tennis.
