This is a two bedroom apartment shared with myself everything included. There is a laundry room on site, as well as on the same floor. The apartment is kept clean and organized. The room is beside mine but furnished and private including lots of storage for clothes, new sheets, and a TV. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room with myself. The living room is spacious with a large sectional couch perfect for communal activities. Bathroom is spacious as well.

I am 24 years old currently working full time in social service work. I am respectful, friendly, and disciplined in my routine. I spend majority of my time in my room or cooking when home as I am often out between work and the gym. I don’t party, or have parties, I consider my home a safe and peaceful environment and looking for someone to respect it the same :). Other people in apartment are mostly students as the apartment is located near Confederation College.
