I’m looking for a roommate, to share my 2 bed/1 bath Garden Suite. I am a 32-year-old male professional working as a Chemistry Tutor, originally from the UK.

I’m active and like to spend time outside, hiking, running, going to the gym, biking and skiing, but I also value my downtime at home.

I mainly work from home and although I have drinks occasionally this is never at home. I’m looking for someone who is past their party phase. The property is non-smoking. I’ve put some effort into furnishing the apartment nicely so that it can be a space to unwind and recharge.

The rent is $1100 per month including utilities. You have a closet and 4 drawers in your bedroom. The room is unfurnished, but you would only need a double (full) bed frame/mattress. If you need parking, there is a space we could share and I can discuss with the landlady about this.
