I’m looking to rent out the basement of my home. It’s not a separate suite, but you would have your own bathroom and private living room area. The house is located on a very quiet street in Rockland Park and includes driveway parking, Utilities, TV/Internet. The bedroom is the one with the workout equipment in it, in the pictures.

It would be myself and my two younger kids, who are with me 50% of the time. I’m not into partying, I prefer quiet evenings, usually watching sports or spending time at home with my kids. I do have a smaller dog (Shorkie) that is very friendly and hypoalergenic. He would be locked up stairs on the main floor / 2nd floor.
