Apartment is renovated and clean with new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen including a dishwasher. Good sized common living room with a balcony. Shared full bathroom with lots of space for both roommates to store their toiletries. Water is included in the rent, tenants pay hydro and wifi which comes out to around $40- $50 per month. There is coin laundry in the basement of the building.

The roommate is a female working professional. She is a kind, quiet and respectful roommate who I am good friends with. I am moving in with my partner and she needs someone to take my spot on the lease.
