Room with queen sized bed, Roku TV and closet. Bathroom and laundry each closest to room. Smith machine/functional trainer also located in the den outside of bedroom. Dumbbells and squat rack. Comes furnished with a queen sized bed and dresser (or not for those who prefer their own furniture)

The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a gym and street parking. We have a neighbor in the basement who is quiet and keeps to themselves. Beyond that, myself, my girlfriend Kelsey and our miniature Daschund Bruce live in our upper suite. The kitchen and living area are open concept on the main floor as well as a half bath, and the bedrooms/gym/other bathrooms are upstairs.
