Shared upstairs of a house (3 bedroom, 2 bathroom), shared with 2 roommates. Bedrooms are unfurnished, but the living, dining, kitchen, and bathrooms are fully furnished. If needed 1 bed may be available from the past roomate.

The living room has 2 couches, a 65“ OLED TV with all major streaming platforms shared with tenants. Rent is $1,085/month, Utilities are extra (usually around $200-$250/month, split among all 3 tenants). This includes 3GB fibre-optic internet. *Rooms are on a month to month basis, no minimum legnth needed.

The house is in a great location, about a 7 min walk to Nanaimo skytrain station and 20 min to Trout Lake Park.
