Terms 6 months to 12 months and first and last month rent require to start rental agreement. The room is located at very close to downtown, Pickering. Just 2-3 minutes walking distance from the house to Brock road and Major Oaks Road Bus Stop. All amenities are very close to the house and walking distance with easy access to public transportation, you can easily explore the GTA. Our rental also includes high-speed WiFi, perfect for staying connected during your stay. The shared kitchen and washrooms are always kept cleaned.
