Hey there! A room has become available in our three bed apartment for May 1st. We’re looking for someone whose friendly, clean and likes to get super silly sometimes😆

- 5 minute walk to Vendome Metro
- 20 mins to Sir George Williams
- 20 mins to Loyola
- next to Maisonneuve for easy biking
- near multiple groceries stores and cafes
- very close to westmount park
The price for the room is 930$ per month and that’s with heating and hot water included. We’re ideally looking for someone in search of longterm housing from May 1st 2026 until May 1st 2027 but other than that we’re open!

About the roomies
My name is Neil (he/him 21) and my roommate is Aidan (he/him 20), were both in our third year at Concordia, I’m studying communications and Aidan is in Psych. We’re both very clean and to ourselves, we are out of the house often in the mornings but make lots of dinners together!
I’m a graphic and fashion designer who looooves art, electronic music and Minecraft! Aidan is a basketball player who talks sports, psychology and philosophy! Together we game in the living room and go on fun walks outside!
