3 bed 1 bath furnished house in Queen Mary Park with a separate occupied basement suite (shared laundry). Sizeable yard with deck and fire pit and access to oversized garage for storage/work. Ample street parking and exterior security cameras for good measure. Available rooms are on the second floor and only share a wall through a closet. Both get great natural light, have a low maintenance woven carpet, and are a decent size but do have sloped ceilings so that might be something to consider if you’re on the taller side. Ideally looking to fill both rooms, which would make rent even lower for all. Rooms would be unfurnished by default but that may be negotiable as the roommate vacating is open to doing whatever works best for everyone.

(Please note the photos are just to get an idea of the space, as my vacating roommate will be taking much of the common space furniture and mine will be taking its place)

You’d be joining me, a straight cis mid-30s female and my very friendly and sweet 3y/o collie. She’s crate trained and is kept crated when I’m not home so you don’t need to worry about her bothering you or about any liability. She’s not much of a barker and is quite chill in the house. Dogs would need to be ok’d by myself and the landlord - my girl gets along with virtually everyone but I know that isn’t true of all dogs and I wouldn’t want to put either in a position to feel uncomfortable in their home. I work nights in the service industry so my room is on the main floor so as not to disturb anyone when I get home in the wee hours of the morning. Despite being in the service industry I don’t party, drink, or smoke. I keep to myself and tend not to have guests over, so would prefer roommates that similarly don’t bring the party home (at least not without a little warning). That being said I’m generally either at the gym or out hiking/walking the dog when I’m not sleeping or working, so if you work a 9-5 we’d basically be ships in the night anyway.
