1 year lease starting in May at $1,000/month (all-inclusive). Furnished room, the kitchen has nice new appliances, the whole place was recently renovated, and an open concept living environment. We are hoping for someone in the age range of 18-24 either in University or doing CO-OP / Working professionally.
About the roomies
We are a group of 3 guys in University. We are in our upper years of undergrad and/or starting post grad school soon. One is in Computer Science, another in Computer Systems Engineering and the other in Finance.
We are clean and respectful individuals who are happy to meet new people. Extroverted in most times and like to do group things together like “family meals”, errands, eat out, hit downtown.
