Details: • Home is occupied by my husband and I and our grown son • Private bedroom upstairs, furnished with a dresser, bed and closet • Shared kitchen and bathroom • A mini fridge will be provided for personal groceries, and access to use of basement freezer. • Access to backyard, pool, and hot tub (use requires waiver) • Quiet, friendly home • Easy commute to Sheridan College Davis Campus (if you are a student) • No parking spot available • First and last months rent upon moving in • Available April 1, 2026 VERY IMPORTANT We have three dogs in the home. They are always under our supervision and are crated when we cannot directly supervise them. They are sweet, friendly and love people. No additional animals of any kind are permitted. You must be extremely comfortable living with dogs, and a waiver will be required to confirm this.

The home is occupied by my wife and I and our grown up son. The home is very quiet. The three of us are at work all day and home evenings and weekends. We are all very friendly and flexible. My wife works in education and is home during school breaks. We are looking for a kind, quiet person that will enjoy our home.
