The monthly rent covers all utilities as well as high-speed internet. The rental is month-to-month, and the room is vacant and available to move in as soon as possible.

Shared facilities — kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry — are used by one male tenant and a couple. The household maintains a calm and respectful environment: no parties and no smoking. Please note that parking is not available.
