💰 Cost: Approximately $1,300/month per person rent + $100 in utilities. Parking is available in the building for an additional fee if needed.

🌿 House Vibe / Preferences: • Cannabis okay (balcony only) • Prefer non-cigarette smoker (non-smoke building) • Friends or occasional guests are totally fine • Looking for someone clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. • Ideally someone with a similar lifestyle (working professional or student) who appreciates a peaceful home environment

🙋🏻‍♀️ About Me: I’m 30 years old, pretty easygoing, and work outside the home during the day, usually getting back around 5 pm. I enjoy long walks with my dog in the nearby parks, cooking and baking desserts, watching TV shows, reading (and audiobooks), and occasionally having wine nights with my boyfriend and/or friends. I also value my quiet time and a calm, comfortable home environment. I like to keep the apartment clean and organized, especially the kitchen and bathroom.

🐶 Pets: I currently have a large dog, so unfortunately no additional pets.
